Thanks again for my music geek friend, Miika for sharing this video with me. I have to admit, at the very beginning of the video I thought, ''Oh dear, one of those artsy videos again, noooo...!'' --- But, after the first 60 seconds, it gets beautiful and then just fucking amazing. The song is captivating, and turns into a totally fun dance track.

Side note: This video makes me wanna cover everything in foil. I never thought how foil could make pretty much anything look so shiny and gorgeous. Maybe I should try this on my friend's ugly cat... and after that on my friend...

I've been wanting to post this piece about Pamela Love's Fall 2010 jewelry collection since last March, when she held her press day at People's Revolution's showroom. Well, now that I've had all this time to get to know her collection, I can point out my favorite pieces of the bunch.

This season Miss Love was inspired by her road trip to Mexico. The ‘Day of the Dead’ and Mexican folk art served as the inspiration for her collection. Papel Picado’s tissue paper cut flags and ropes, were turned into gorgeous silver and brass jewelry.  My favorite pieces were the wrap/rope bracelets, necklaces and rings.

This two-piece 'Papel Picado' necklace didn't make the cut at first sight, but totally loving this piece today :)

I'm fascinated of the beauty & simplicity of this wrap/rope jewelry. It looks amazing on.
