Jonny Johansson's collection consisted of pieces crafted from furniture fabrics. Plastic sofa coverings turn into leggings and a paisley coverings fashioned into shoes. The label is showing the collection again in London in February 9.

Remember these?! I bumped into the L.A. Gear stand last week in Bread & Butter, Barcelona. I got so excited to see that they're doing a major comeback. So many styles and colors. Back in the nineties, my favorite ones were the kicks with the lights on the back. They were so cool, I always dreamed of having them, but never got them... The studded ones in the ad above, are still as hot as when they came out.

Cheap Monday is taking the denim industry to another level. I'm really looking forward for those distorted jeans, with leather patches and lace details to arrive stores near me! Cheap and cool denim, who can resist that? Hopefully the quality would get better by time, such as the designs have!

The iconic 'Clyde' sneaker from 1973, has taken a satin toll by Sergio Rossi. I'm loving the sneakers, not sure about the high heels. I would have to see and try them on. I like the fact that the tip of the shoe is perfectly round, which makes it really cute. I've also had a problem with some sneaker's white soles. Some of them tend to turn a bit yellowish by time. And by time I mean few months, which is too little time (!).

Yesterday was mother's day, so happy belated mother's day greetings for all the GOOD mums out there! Wish I had my mom closer to me... god damn distance! I wish I was Jeannie, the genie from that 60's TV show ''I dream of Jeannie''. I could just nod my head and I could be transported in a second from one place to another... I bet the Chinese have already invented a teleportation device... I NEED ONE.
I really wanted those Harry Allen's white cast rollerskates, but the price made me re-think the real need of having them. Owning a pair of these oldschool type of skates is worth putting them up on a shelve. The more beat up they look, the better. For a useful decorative purpose, fill the inside of the skates with some heavy stones and place them in between books on your bookshelf. Voila, how pretty!
